Our Team:

Our event team are more than just game hosts. They are facilitators, instructors, and entertainers all in one. They know how to read a crowd, teach games quickly and clearly, and keep the energy positive and inclusive throughout the session. All host staff attending are fully cross-trained in hospitality, game facilitation, and multi lingual, allowing dynamic support wherever needed.

Games We Bring:

We’ll bring a carefully selected range of games suited for small and large groups of varied experience levels, including fast-paced party games, card-based strategy games, social deduction favourites, and if requested even short-format roleplaying games for any adventurous groups looking for something unique. Every game we bring is tested in our boardgame cafè for engagement, accessibility, and fun.

Event Format:

The session will be open-play and drop-in style, allowing guests to join games at their own pace, stay as long as they like, and explore a variety of experiences without pressure. Our team will be on hand throughout to recommend, explain, and guide gameplay based on group size and mood.

Branding:

We’ll bring a light touch of branding, such as flyers guests can take home, but we keep the focus entirely on the guest experience. It’s about creating an immersive, relaxed atmosphere, not a sales pitch.
